Our bed and breakfast, located in Lesignana, a village near Modena, is just 15 minutes away from the city center, surrounded by lush and peaceful countryside. "Ai Prati" is a family-run establishment, warm and comfortable.
In the surroundings, we offer our guests the opportunity to explore paths and places of interest with the advice of the hosts, making their stay as pleasant as possible. Near the property, you can find everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation, from sports activities to cultural discoveries, from shopping to relaxation.

The features of the property include a private toilet in each room, free WiFi, heated rooms, free return, parking, a well-kept garden, and air conditioning. During the stay, you can engage in activities such as trekking and cycling/mountain biking.
Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free internet access, a baby bed (upon request), TV, mirror, and luggage rack. We can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 "Double" rooms (each for 3 people).
You will find all the breakfast products in the room, on the small table and in the adjacent fridge. You can also check-in online by sending us a photo of the front and back of your ID card, via WhatsApp, which will be deleted after registration on the Accommodation Portal. You can also make payment for your stay in the following ways: online upon your arrival (we will send you a link with the procedure), or upon arrival with cards or cash.
